The BiG PerForMaNCe!
The performance was outside, and can I just say, " Thank you to Mother Nature" the skies were dark almost the whole show but not once did it rain on us.
Ashtyn did amazing! I was not sure how she would do on a big stage with so many watching, because you all know how shy she is (wink, wink) I had two thoughts about it, either she would get up there and put on a show or freak out when she looked at all the people and couldn't see us. Well, I should've known she would put on a show. She came right out on stage for her performance and began waiving at all of us, (I'm pretty sure it wasn't supposed to be part of the show). She was the cutest little dancer up there, and did such a great job!
If you have ever been to a dance recital, you have probably seen a little dancer peeking out from the curtain during another groups dance, well last night, that little dancer was ours. She kept peeking out and waiving at us, I don't know about all the other parents, but she had us all laughing.
Way to go, sweet girl! We love you!

Family Vacation
We went to the San Diego Zoo on Wednesday. This zoo is amazing, we were there all day and did not see everything, it's huge! The day started out good and then some kind of bug got Skyler (you know it's not good when strangers are giving you their package of baby wipes and offering to help bathe your child in the restroom sink) and left him not feeling to well for the rest of the day. I don't know what he had but it wasn't good. As for Ashtyn, our animal lover, she couldn't believe all the animals that the zoo had. She really liked the panda bear and the gorillas.
Friday was our last day in San Diego, and we spent it at Legoland. It was so neat, they had rides for the kids and the neatest thing was the mini cities that were built completely out of Lego's. (Britt, I think we could've been rich if we would have kept up with our imagination back in our Lego days) It was amazing, make sure you look closely at the pictures.
