Nothing fun or exciting to report about, but I thought I needed a new post, so here's what we've been up to...
Ashtyn has been busy with dance on Tuesday nights and tumbling on Wednesday nights. We just got word that her first recital will be at the Festival of Trees in December. She just informed me tonight that "two girls don't know how to dance because they just fight and hang on the bar" but she did assure me that she is not one of those "two girls". She makes us laugh everyday with the funny things she says.
Skyler has been, well.....Skyler, your typical 2 1/2 year old. He constantly drives his sister crazy, oh but wait, he does like to help me clean, kind of. I came downstairs on Saturday after a shower to find my kitchen transformed into a swimming pool. He can fill a cup of water from the fridge only he is not tall enough to see when it's full, and then he proceeded to wash the TV with a full cup of water. I love the kid to pieces, but this boy is going to make me crazy.
My poor husband is not too happy these days. He went to buy his bull tag for the hunt only to be told that they were sold out. Now he and Colby get to go up to camp just to take it down. We were really looking forward to having some meat to fill our empty freezer! And I just stay busy working and being a mommy and wife.
